Project managment:

The follow up of a sterilization Project requires a wide knowledge of the subject, and dedication. On many cases, the companie's responsable for the area, has the knowledge to follow the Project but simply has no time to make it progress. On these cases we asignan a specialist to the Project, who will work as a Project leader and take care of the following:

• Definition of the timing and resources required.
• Writing of the specs to contract the supplyers.
• Analisis of the safety areas and Standard’s requirements locally aplicable
• Follow up of the whole Project including budget, timing, task acumplishment, quality acumplishment, team coordination, site qualification up tu production . IQ, OQ.
